The Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market is looking for a new Treasurer to join our volunteer board of directors! The treasurer position is responsible for tracking transactions, preparing e-transfers/payments, and preparing financial statements and yearly budgets (with board input). The new treasurer will be supported by the board and will be trained and supported by the previous treasurer to ensure a smooth transition. The board is also considering options for hiring bookkeeping services to help with treasurer duties, depending on the new treasurer’s capacity.
